About Fidella brand

Fidella is a German brand that since 2013 provide high quality baby carriers. The company is based in Gelsenkirchen in western Germany.

German Design

The story of the brand began with designing an Onbuhimo, a baby carrier without a waist band. Then, the brand specialised in the Meï-Taï, an Asian inspired baby carrier: Fidella Fly Taï. As the brand’s experience grew it extended its range by creating a full buckled : Fusion.

All Fidella products allow your baby to seat in natural healthy ergonomic position. The carriers are approved “hip healthy” by The International Hip Dysplasia Institute. 

Fidella Fabric

All Fidella’s carriers are wrap conversions which means that they are made of particularly soft, comfortable and easy-to-handle sling fabric. The fabric comes form the ecological cultivation. Since 2015 Fidella is a member of the initiative "FairCommerce". The production site of Fidella products is in a country of long textile traditions that provides about 40% of all global organic cotton and weave high quality fabrics: Turkay.

Fidella Wraps

Fidella woven baby wrap offers support for newborns as well as for heavy toddlers (max. 15 kg). Extra wide it can be use by all size caregivers. The wrap offers you multiple knots and carry position and is the best choice to carry a newborn.

Fidella Fly Tai Mei Tai Carrier

Fidella Fly Tai is a wrap-like, cross-over, Mei Tai hybrid carrier that is a combination of a baby sling and a buckle carrier. The Fidella Fly Tai Babysize is suitable from birth and newborn ready (you do not d to buy an infant insert). You can use the babysize Fly Tai carrier till you baby is 80 cm tall or weights 15kg. The New Size is suitable from 3 months till you baby weights 15 kg. The Toddler size is suitable form 9 months till you child weight 30kg. You child should be 74 - 104 cm tall to use NewSize and Toddler Carrier.
