Shipment cost
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into one order. If you have made two separate orders, and you wish to group them, please contact us as soon as possible. Your items are well-protected. They may be packed in a recycled carton box. As shipment cost depends on your country of destination, the weight of your order, price, and the shipping company and option you choose. If applicable, the customs duties are paid by the receiver upon delivery.
Shipping time
Your order is shipped to you the same day if you order before 1 pm on a weekday (after receipt of payment). The afternoon orders, are sent the next working day. Packages are sent to the delivery address indicated when you order. As soon as the package is dispatched we provide you with a tracking number. Transit time depends on your country of destination and the shipping company you choose.
