How many days you have to return the item?
Ergonomic-Baby-Carriers.com offers you the possibility to return your purchase free of charge within 30 calendar days after reception of you order. (Example: you receive your product on September 30th you have until October 30th to return it ).
What are the product condition requirements?
The returned item must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, with all accessories, notices and labels, folded as originally. The manufacturer's original packaging must be in an excellent contrition. The returned item must not contain any stains or fluff. It must be like new and ready for resale. The item may be only just be tried on.
We do not accept returns of items that do not conform to their original condition, eg. used, washed, incomplete, damaged or dirty.
How to prepare your package?
Please pack the item you wish to return with care and enough protection for your product to arrive intact. We advise you to add some fluff, not to leave any air in the box. Please add the invoice of your order and indicate if you want a refund or an exchange.
