Universal Babywearing Poncho 

With MaM Äiskä Babywearing Poncho you can carry your child in a sling or carrier in front and back carry position.

Please note: MaM Äiskä Babywearing Poncho is not a baby carrier, but a garment for covering a wearer and the baby while using a carrier. 

Babywearing Poncho for front and back carry

The poncho is suitable for two carry position: front & back. It is equipped with two zippers : on the front and at the back to take the neck hole larger. 

Mid season poncho Äiskä

The Äiskä Babywearing Poncho by MAM is suitable from autumn to spring. During winter time is great for layering.

Soft and comfortable 

It's loose cut gives you comfort and mobility. The fabric is very soft and nice to touch.

Accessories included : hood and scarf

Your Äiskä Babywearing Poncho is delivered to you with two accessories: hood and scarf/ head rest.

- Hood for the wearer

The poncho has a matching detachable hood made of the same fabric than the poncho. 

- Scarf / head rest

The scarf that comes with the MaM Aiska Poncho can be used as a classic scarf or as a support for the baby's head when babywearing while sleeping. 

• Head rest in front carry

To create a head rest simply fold a scarf in two and fix the shoulder buttons. You can use it also to shelter your baby’s head form wind and cold.

• Head rest in back carry

To create a head rest put the middle of the  scarf on the back of the baby’s head and fix the both ends to the single button in front of the poncho.

Your MAM Babywearing Poncho is made of soft thick Polar Fleece (360g/m2 ), 100% polyester.

Product care

Machine washable cold at 30°C. Use low ironing setting. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. 

Size Guide

The MAM poncho is available in two sizes : S/M and L/XL. Choose the size according to your height:

• S/M up to about 165 cm
• L/XL up to about 185 cm
